Our Workshops

  • Our workshops are practical, hands-on, and delivered in a supportive small-group environment.

Sessions may include hair care, skincare, makeup, personal presentation, and everyday self-care skills through demonstrations, guided practice, and supported participation.

Designed to be easy to follow, with skills participants can continue at home.

  • Our programs are designed for women and girls who may benefit from extra support, including people with disability, those building confidence and independence, or anyone looking to develop practical self-care and social skills.

  • Expected outcomes include improved ability to manage daily self-care routines, increased confidence, and greater participation in community settings.

Participants may also develop practical personal presentation skills that support readiness for education, volunteering, and employment pathways.

Workshop Topics

We offer a range of workshop topics designed to encourage interest and engagement.

Sessions can be customised to suit participant and organisation needs; however, workshops are often centred around one topic area to support skill development and a relaxed learning pace.

For best outcomes, we recommend attending a series of workshops to build consistency, confidence, and connection over time.

  • Topics may include everyday hair care, brushing and detangling, simple styling techniques, and understanding hair products and tools.

  • Topics may include hygiene, hand and nail care, simple nail painting techniques, practical skills, and a bit of creative fun.

  • Topics may include basic skincare routines and simple makeup application techniques for everyday confidence and personal presentation.

  • Topics may include everyday hygiene essentials, organising self-care items, understanding product use, and building simple daily routines that support independence.

  • Topics may include preparing for interviews, workplaces, and special events through hair styling, makeup, hygiene, outfit preparation, and overall personal presentation skills.
